Delete Your Repoxa CRM Account

To request deletion of your Repoxa CRM account and associated data:

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
2. Include the email address associated with your Repoxa CRM account
3. We will process your request within 30 days

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, login credentials)
• Personal data associated with your account

What may be retained

• Business/CRM data (leads, contacts, activities) may be retained by your organization's account owner/admin, as this data belongs to the organization using Repoxa CRM, not the individual user
• Data required to be retained for legal, accounting, or security purposes, in accordance with applicable law
